Trader Joes

Trader Joe’s

Recently, Vannoy has initiated a relationship with Trader Joe’s through the construction of new locations in South Carolina, Kentucky, and Florida. Each of these projects required integrated construction with multi-tenant developments requiring fast track delivery of the finished space. Each project carried specific unique design components and coordination with Trader Joe’s separate vendor suppliers. All projects were very successful and we look forward to an extended relationship in the future.

Harris Teeter

Harris Teeter

Over the past four years Vannoy has constructed several projects for Harris Teeter. While occupied and operational, each project required extensive planning and phasing to minimize disruptions to existing operations. Each project consisted of a new store layout, new/expanded produce areas, new fixtures and new finishes. All projects were completed on time and in budget.

Dicks Sporting Goods

Dicks Sporting Goods

In order to complete the construction of the new Dick’s Sporting Goods store, Vannoy had to complete extensive structural and interior demolition/renovation of an existing Circuit City to convert the store. Approximately half the new build was ground up construction and half was interior demolition. In addition, new sitework was required in order to adapt to the larger building footprint. The interior build-out had high-end finishes and the millwork package fell under Vannoy’s contract.
