MAHEC – Building 4

The Mountain Area Health Education Center building consists of approximately 36,000 sf on three levels. The ground level houses a surgical simulation lab, the second level features clinical space, as well as offices, student study space, and cafe/student lounge/special events area, and the third level has classroom and office space.

The fourth building was built on an extremely active campus that was only intended to ever have three buildings. Vannoy planned and executed tirelessly with the project stakeholders to make sure we kept people safe, with limited disruption to the campus.
