Asheville City Centre

The new four-story, 60,000 sf Class "A" office building, with associated 320-space parking deck was constructed at the intersection of Charlotte and College Streets in downtown Asheville, and acts as a gateway into the eastern side of the city. Located on the former TK Tripp’s restaurant site, the building serves to invigorate a portion of downtown that has historically been quiet. The parking structure anchors the south end of the site, and is masked by the office building and hotel.   The structure houses professional offices on the upper three floors with retail spaces along the bottom, as well as a hotel along Charlotte Street. Hilton Garden Inn – Asheville

Located on the same city block as the new Asheville City Centre, the new 101,00 sf Hilton Garden Inn, features 140 rooms throughout six stories. As the new hotel is part of the large Asheville City Centre project, construction is logistically challenging as all three buildings, the Hilton Garden Inn, BB&T Building, and Parking Deck, are being constructed simultaneously. It was critical to maintain a safe working environment and to control the challenges of delivering a quality building to separate clients.

Edinburgh Medical Office Building

The Edinburgh Medical Office Building project is a 60,000 sf medical office building. The building facade is brick with cast stone and EIFS accents and a metal mansard roof. Interior programming for various medical offices and a fitness center. In order to reduce the overall project schedule, select scopes of work were released to allow critical path work to progress while design and permitting were being finalized. The medical office building is part of a larger campus in the southern portion of Chesapeake. Sentara’s goal is to make the campus a comprehensive destination for care.
