Building C, located within NorthPoint Park 295 features a 394,277 sf industrial spec warehouse situated on Phase 2 of a 142-acre industrial development. The project consisted of 33 acres of site work which include erosion control, grading, site utilities, expansion of the current sewer lift station, concrete, asphalt paving, and landscaping. The earthwork required navigating difficult wet soils and importing approximately 150,000 CY of fill to achieve final grades. This 3-story 25,000 sf renovation project breathes new life into the corporate office for Dogwood Health Trust. The exterior renovation included removing a section of the exterior brick veneer assembly and an existing drive-thru canopy and replacing it with a new curtainwall system to bring daylight into the public stairwell. The interior renovation includes updates to finishes in lobbies, offices, conference rooms, kitchens, and additional seating and meeting areas for staff to collaborate.

Willimon Business Park – Building 1 & 2

The project consists of two (2) new tilt-wall industrial warehouses within the Willimon Business Park. Building 1 will include 225,000 sf that utilizes rear-loading with a clear height of 32′, and 48 dock doors. Building 2 is planned to be a 290,000 sf cross-dock warehouse with a clear height of 36′, and 77 dock doors. Construction of both buildings will begin in March 2022 and has a scheduled completion of September 2022.
