Millennium Ambulatory Surgery Center

Construction of a new 24,375 sf Ambulatory Surgery Center with 82 parking spaces, located on the Bon Secours Millennium Campus. The building program consists of six (6) operating rooms, 24 pre-op/post-op bays, a sterile processing department, and clinical-staff-public support spaces.   A major challenge on the BSSF Millennium ASC project was addressing inaccuracies in the geotechnical report. The report indicated only 2 to 4 inches of topsoil across the site; however, field conditions revealed an average of over 15 inches. MUSC – Leatherman Behavioral Care Pavilion

Once built, the innovative new MUSC Health Leatherman Behavioral Care Pavilion will occupy 100,000 sf and include 56 inpatient beds, a Crisis Stabilization Unit with nine (9) adult beds, four (4) adolescent beds, and Outpatient Treatment facilities. Vannoy Construction was brought on board early with an Integrated Project Delivery (IDP) approach to assist in preconstruction and design efforts. Through the course of five (5) Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMP), the project construction was able to commence before design completion and maintain MUSC’s desired schedule. HCA Behavior Health

Trident Medical – Behavioral Health Hospital

The construction consisted of full sitework and building for a new Behavioral Health Hospital for HCA on an undeveloped 17-acre parcel in North Charleston to treat adult, geriatric, and adolescent behavioral patients. The single-story, 58,790 sf structure has 60 beds with additional capacity for a future horizontal expansion. This facility serves as the area's first new full-service behavioral health hospital in over 30 years.
