The project involves a complete interior gut of the existing Sanford Hall, including all MEP systems and non-structural elements. The only interior items to remain are the two (2) existing stair towers and existing interior load-bearing columns. Exterior components of the building will remain except for windows, which will all be replaced, as well as the exterior entry stairs/canopy. Additionally, the project will add a new five-story elevator tower.
Vannoy constructed a new Corporate Headquarters for Pinnacle Cranes in Midland, NC. The project included the construction of a new 15,000 sf precast and CMU building that houses their corporate offices, as well as a 10,000 sf service bay. The project also included a separate 3,100 sf wash bay and completed site work to allow for over 4.5 acres of crane storage.
100,000 SF renovation for United Rentals Corporate Office space. The scope of work complete interior demolition and new upfit providing private offices, open office work stations, conference rooms, shared ideation zones, break rooms, print/copy rooms, additional men’s and women’s gang restrooms on each level, and a training center including motorized operable partitions that divide the training center into four different conference rooms. A new generator and transfer switch was added to the building to provide emergency power for the full facility. In addition, a parking lot expansion was performed, adding necessary storm drain systems and paving to accommodate 274 new parking spaces.
