Novant Health – Cancer Center and Heart & Vascular Institute

New 8-story, 263,000 sf Cancer and Heart Vascular Institute, which provides oncology and cardiology patients with a new facility with an integrated approach and provides improved services to patients in one location. The project also included an 8-story parking deck, totaling 391,000 sf with 1,004 spaces.   Programming includes     The urban site is surrounded by busy NCDOT roadways on three sides of the property, which are used daily for traffic commuting into and out of the downtown area. Novant Health - Neurology & Sleep

Novant Health – Neurology & Sleep

The renovation of Neurology & Sleep Clinic for Novant Health consisted of 56,000 sf new interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, VAV HVAC system and lighting. An additional side entry way was added for ease of access from the employee parking. This refresh has provided Novants guests with a modern, open and efficient space in conjunction with the best possible care.

Novant Health – Harrisburg MOB

The new Harrisburg Medical Office Building is a two-story, 24,000 sf Core & Shell building with the 2nd floor (12,000 sf) upfit into medical office space for Novant Health. The building was developed and is owned by Vannoy.

MAHEC – Building 4

The Mountain Area Health Education Center building consists of approximately 36,000 sf on three levels. The ground level houses a surgical simulation lab, the second level features clinical space, as well as offices, student study space, and cafe/student lounge/special events area, and the third level has classroom and office space. The fourth building was built on an extremely active campus that was only intended to ever have three buildings. Vannoy planned and executed tirelessly with the project stakeholders to make sure we kept people safe, with limited disruption to the campus.
