100,000 SF renovation for United Rentals Corporate Office space. The scope of work complete interior demolition and new upfit providing private offices, open office work stations, conference rooms, shared ideation zones, break rooms, print/copy rooms, additional men’s and women’s gang restrooms on each level, and a training center including motorized operable partitions that divide the training center into four different conference rooms. A new generator and transfer switch was added to the building to provide emergency power for the full facility. In addition, a parking lot expansion was performed, adding necessary storm drain systems and paving to accommodate 274 new parking spaces.

Novant Health – Cyber Security Upfit

The 19,942 sf cyber security renovation project included demolition of the existing architectural finishes, construction of new walls, and installation of new storefront walls and doors in order to create new conference and collaboration spaces within the suite. New finishes were installed throughout including new vinyl wall covering, paint, luxury vinyl planks, and carpet. Each of the gang bathrooms were renovated to add a shower to each with a dedicated water heater to support these new showers. New electrical was run throughout the space to serve the needs of a large number of workstations and servers. The existing fluorescent light fixtures were replaced with new LED fixtures throughout the space. Additionally, the lobby received a new reception desk, and the breakroom received new casework.

Booking.com was a 4,800 sf upfit in the Charlotte Plaza building located at 201 S College St., Charlotte, NC.  Included in the scope of work was demolition, new wall partitions, Dhive Glazing system at focus and conference rooms, all new mechanical equipment, relocation of plumbing for a break room, and multiple core drills for powered work stations. Construction took place during normal business hours requiring close coordination with surrounding tenants and building’s engineering team.
