Beaumont Mills

Originally built in 1890 and shuttered in 1997, Beaumont Mills is a 185,000 sf structure located in Spartanburg, SC. The project included a renovation of the historic building, which included a core and shell renovation and a tenant improvement project for the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System’s administrative offices, along with associated site work, improvements and landscaping. Special care was taken to preserve historical elements of the building.

Uptown Charlotte Corporate Remodel

Uptown Charlotte Corporate Upfit

The Gateway Village Level 8 Upfit project involved demolition and build back of 21,400 sf of Class “A” Corporate office space in uptown Charlotte. The scope included interior offices with glass office fronts, conference rooms, pantries, open office area, and renovation of existing restrooms. The work was completed after hours due to its location in an occupied building. Vannoy Construction was able to complete the project two months prior to owner occupancy.

SnapAV

This project for SnapAV included a high-end renovation and relocation for the company on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Interior spaces included a mix of hardball conference and office space, as well as cubicles. Program spaces included executive office space, administrative office space, ADA restroom renovations, conference areas, and a basketball court. Renovations consisted of one floor of 27,000 sf, as well as 30,000 sf on a second floor.

Lincoln Financial Upfit

In downtown Greensboro on the 2nd floor of the Friendly Building, Lincoln Financial renovated 19,000 sf of what once was closed office space. Now after demo of partitions and gutting the space to the walls, the Lincoln Financial office is open, bright and a much more collaborative work environment. Vannoy designed and renovated the space with the addition of two VAV boxes, a white noise sound system, IT room, bathrooms, and two offices.
