Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center Critical Care Tower is a new five-story, 193,480 square foot facility. The tower will house 60 critical care and 36 patient rooms and renovations to the entire surgical suite. Additional improvements include a new Sterile Processing Department increased in the amount of pre-operative and post-operative space, and redesign of the hospital’s drop-off and pick-up area. The MEP Trade Partners were selected during the Design Development phase of the project to assist in constructability studies, estimating, and early procurement of equipment.
