Vannoy has constructed two Cabela’s retail stores, one in Bristol, VA and the other in Charleston, WV. Both stores feature a masonry structure with an exposed timber clear story through the middle of the entire store. High-end finishes include high-grade wood trim, millwork, and kitchens for staff.
Throughout our longstanding relationship with Ingles, we have constructed 56 new store locations and remodeled 33 locations. The projects cover the geographic footprint served by Ingles including Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Each stores provides unique features to the market served and ranges in size from 60,000 sf to 85,000 sf. Many projects include a gas station convenience store component and several car wash facilities. Vannoy’s ability to begin construction while design finalization occurred allowed for a reduced overall timeline and a more coordinated fixtures and start-up process.
Vannoy has constructed several projects for Publix over the years. Each project consisted of a new store layout, new/expanded produce areas, new fixtures and new finishes. All projects were completed on time and in budget.
Coastal North Town Center, located on the site of the former Robber’s Roost Golf Course in North Myrtle Beach, will offer 368,000 sf of commercial space through big box stores including, Publix, TJ Maxx, Ulta Beauty, Hobby Lobby, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ross Dress for Less, Rack Room Shoes, PetSmart, and Versona Accessories. Construction started in October of 2013 and was completed August 2014; opening to the public in the fall of 2014. “It was an aggressive schedule, but it progressed smoothly,” said RealtyLink partner Phil Wilson.
