This project consisted of a complete interior renovation of 3,950 sf of an existing retail space for a OneBlood Donation Center, complete with a front lobby and reception area, a small canteen/waiting area, consultation offices, small training/conference rooms, and secure storage rooms for incoming and outgoing materials. The donor and breakrooms include wall graphics, as well as ceiling-mounted televisions.

 

Renovations included demolition of all existing finishes, installing new mechanical and plumbing systems, new wall & floor finishes, as well as new oversize door frames and doors with light kits to provide additional natural lighting. 11’ ceiling heights and interior windows provide an open concept throughout, in addition to modern casework with solid surface countertops. The Exterior canopy was refreshed with a new stucco finish, and new exterior lighting and security cameras were installed.

Rooms To Go Showroom

This project consisted of a new single-story, 43,700 sf ground-up retail store, and showroom building for Rooms to Go. The construction consisted of a structural masonry wall, glass curtain wall, stone exterior finish, and a TPO roof system with barrel trusses.

Jaguar/Land Rover Charlotte, NC

Hendrick Charlotte Jaguar-Land Rover

New, ground-up construction of a 42,000 sf Jaguar/Land Rover (JLR) dealership. This is a brand new prototype image for JLR and is the first one constructed by Hendrick Automotive. The building scope of work consisted of a new showroom, customer lounge, service drive, and full-service department. Along with the JLR dealership, a parking lot expansion was constructed to help handle the inventory from other adjacent dealerships. Despite the Covid pandemic, the project turned over on time and within budget.

Charleston Amish Furniture Showroom

The once retail furniture store turned storage building has been completely renovated to house a new beautiful furniture showroom and warehouse. The team worked together to create a completely new exterior façade and site layout that brings new life to West Ashley. This adaptive re-use required extensive exterior and interior demo, new finishes and of course, a first-class led lighting package to showcase their beautiful furniture and newly refurbished polished concrete floors.
