The Retail Capital Improvements (RCI) Program consists of HVAC replacement, roof replacement, parking lot improvements, and building exterior projects covering a geographic area along the east coast from Maine to Florida. This work requires a variety of construction experience due to the multi-faceted nature of the RCI Program, as well as flexibility to work without interfering with banking center operations. As of March 2016, our team has performed construction services in over 1,400 retail locations across 17 states.
