Diligence

The year was 1952, and Jim Vannoy’s employer had just moved out-of-town. Out of work, but not out of ideas, Jim Vannoy gathered enough money to buy a tar kettle so he could start a roofing business. Business grew and, as time passed, word spread about Jim Vannoy’s belief in "doing a job right and treating people fairly." This humble beginning formed Vannoy Construction Company.

Since then, our company has expanded throughout the Southeastern United States and beyond, and is now steered by Jim’s sons, Eddie and Mark whose leadership parallels the ideals set forth by their dad. Whether we’re constructing an institution for education, for business, or for healthcare, we daily honor the legacy of Jim Vannoy and the diverse communities our company is privileged to represent.
